1. Software Download and Installation

Download ThinStuff software Demo Version from here on machine you wish use as server

Open .zip file and select software version (32 or 64 bit)

Extract the installation file on your desktop and run it (you must be the Administrator user of the PC or have administrator privileges)

Finally restart your PC/server.

2. Access Configuration

Once the software is installed, the server is ready to be used by multiple users, however, you must define which users can use the remote desktop.

Using Windows XP, first step is to go to "Start ", and then right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties".

Select "Remote Connection" tab and enable option "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer "

At this point we need to tell the system which users are allowed to log in, by clicking on "Select Remote Users ..." then "Add"

Enter the name of users you want to enable or click on "Advanced" and then "Find" to get a list of all users in the system

Select user or group of users (with the Shift key) and give OK. Users highlighted will be added to the system group "Remote Desktop Users" and authorized for access to the desktop via the network.
